Pomeranian Heart Murmur & Phleghmy Sneeze

My two year old pomeranian female has a terrible heart murmur its a 4.5 on the scale of 6, she also has what sounds like a phlemy sneeze shes done it for awhile but my vet said that it was fine unless it began to sound wetter and recently it has, the weather has gotten colder and wetter as well could this be a factor? or should I be more concerned?

Have you seen a specialist? Even though your local vet may be excellent you may need a specialist to rule out anything that could be a danger such as congestive heart failure, colapsed trachea and so on.
