Pomeranian Light sensitivity

I have a 4 month old Pom. My vet is on vacation and I can't get a hold of him, so that is why I'm on here. My Pom is very light sensitive, she is squinting. She also coughs a tiny bit everytime she gets a drink. She has her shots and is dewormed. What could this be. She does sleep alot, and doesn't seem to have too much puppy spunk but doesn't seem sickly just tired. She isn't due for her next shot in a month and a half. She doesn't seem to have excessive discharge from her eyes but they do tear sometimes.
