Pomeranian not eating anything for last 10 days

Hi,
I have a female dog, her age is 9 years. Breed: Pomeranian.
For the last 10 days she is not eating anything. What could be the problem?

For the last 2 days she even stopped drinking water. And so we had to give drips (DNS) to her. Even regular antibiotics are being given to her. But we are unable to diagnose the problem.
She keeps licking her legs. We are very worried. Have tried to feed her every possible thing but she is not eating at all.
Urgent help required. Please advise.

Please tell me you have taken this poor dog to the vet first. Sorry but it sounds like a stomach problem. I dont want to say it but has you dog been tested for Cancer of the stomach? Our bella is also a very bad eater. Sometimes she goes 2-3 days without eating but she always drinks water. We found a food she really loves and has done very well eating it regularly (Holistic superfood Ultra). She loves it - good luck.
