Pomeranian Not Eating

Hi, my little pom is 7 months old and has gone into season 2 weeks ago. Since then she has not been eating her usual fill and vomited for the first week and had small hard black poop. Now for the second week, she has violent diarrhea and no vomiting. She has been drinking heaps of water. She has also had her food changed and she sometimes chews my undies. I have wormed her regularly and she has had her anal glands drained when she went to the groomers the day she went into season. I need help. I am taking her the the vets, but I wanted another opinion, too. Thanks
