We have a 4-month-old pom that we got about 3 weeks ago. He keeps peeing & pooping inside. This often happens soon after we bring him back indoors, which means he sometimes holds it until after he comes back inside. Sometimes he will use it outside then use it again when he comes back in. We've tried the cage method, but it sometimes pees in the cage! How do we train him to go ONLY outside?
