My teacup pomeranian Cocoa Chanel is 5 months old & she is already starting to hump her stuffed animals. Is this normal ?

my grandmother has a 11 year old female pom she has always humped her toys and i have a 7 month old female and she humps her toys and even my male dog i have been told by good sources it is a way they show they are dominant over whatever they are humping.
