Pomeranian Suddenly Inactive

my 7 month old teacup pom suddenly inactive

My pup is all of a sudden very inactive as of this morning . When I woke up he didn't greet me, just laid there an looked at me as if I was not there. He has laid under me all day and will walk around but is not wagging his tail or anything. Seems very sad; still eating and drinking, gums are still pink but I am very worried. Answers please?
