pomeranian toilet training

my pom is now 8 months old but still uses the house as a toilet. she does use the garden too but if door is shut, she will just go into another room and go.
please help

You can't allow the dog to run loose in the house till it is trained. Keep it in the kennel until then. Keep it in a small space so it don't have room to pee or doo doo in the space where it sleeps. It must be a small space. Take it outside frequently until it gets used to this. Partition off the kennel till it is used to not toileting in there. This doesn't take but a week or so. The dog will not go in his bed and if you take it outside to relieve himself he will soon learn that potty goes on outside. Then the dog can have full run of the house. Soon it will either bark by the door to let you know he wants to go outside or you can just take it at reguar times. One of our dogs barks at the door and the second one has learned to wait for the first one to ask and then he just goes out with. But if the older one is napping and the second one wants out it will come and jump up against my leg if I am sitting down. I figured out that is his way of asking to go out.
