Pomeranian with no Undercoat

I had her spayed and vetted for re-homing. She has no undercoat -
none at all. She is gorgeous and does not shed. Will this defect
spell trouble later in life, such as balding? I don't want to place her if she will be a burden on someone financially and
emotionally.
