Pomeranian with Swollen Neck

My pom appears to have a swollen neck and batttling to walk and. What can this be? He is just not himself.

Go to the vet a soon as you can. It could be serious and the swollen neck could interfere with its breathing when you least expect it. Then it will be too late - by the time you take it to the vet it could be dead.
