Pomerenian Puppy Losing hair around eyes and nose

Hi I have a six week old Pom. He is very healthy and active but recently has started loosing a lot of hair around his eyes and nose, little on his feet. We took him to the best vet in town and did skin scraping but he doesn't seem to have mites problem at all. He keeps scratching though. The Vet has given an anti-bacterial shampoo and an antibiotic and we apply some anti-bacterial cream too. We are worried coz the Vet could not diagnose the problem. If anyone has any suggestions please write to us.
