Prancer

Prancer is very playful, she loves to bite everything in site, and when i see her playing it is always with an object in her mouth. She does not like to stop biting when she is told to and she barks and growls at me when i say "stop or no or bad dog." I love her to death but i want to train her. Ooh and P.S i also have tried house breaking with the pee pads and it has not worked i have been trying this for a month and nothing helps. I do not want to get rid of my baby i just need help training her. Any tips?!
