Pregnant 1 day after her 1st heat cycle?

My pommeranian x toy poodle is 1yr n 3months old, she just finished her heat cycle. My aunt came to visit with her 4yr old pommeranianxshitzu. We were making tea, when my kids ran up to me saying that the pommies were stuck, 21/8/11. Can she get pregnant? I'm so afraid for her, as she is quite small. Please I need help in looking after her and what to expect.and do when she due. Should. I that her to the vet to give birth? Any answers would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
