They do chrew and you'll have to watch the legs of your furniture for a while but a few scolds and lots of chew toys help. They grow out of it pretty quickly; expecially if you keep them busy.

My dog would take my sock monkeys out of the display basket until I got him a doll of his own. Then every time I got him a new toy I would make a big thing out of giving it to him. He never took my sock monkeys after he had toys of his own. I didn't have to move the basket even...he just always played with his own toys.

You should get her a lot of chew toys. I remember when I first got my Pom, she broke some of the tiles on mi room. I still haven't replaced them because I can't find the same design.
