My boyfriend and I decided to get a pomeranian puppy about one and a half weeks ago. The pomeranian, Kirby, is 13 weeks (4 months) but he does not have much of a personality. He is very calm and shows no interest in treats.. However, he does get excited when we are about to feed him. He does have a cough but we went to the vet and got antibiotics for him. Is there something wrong with him?
