Scoot well...im not too sure if he is a shiranian,but thats what we were told when we got him. He looks like a Pi Ball pom,He is 5 months old,very energetic and laid back at times. Great with our other pets,and our kiddos. But he is a one person dog,follows me everywhere,which I do love. Hes my little buddy!
