I have a schip-a-pom dog (schipperke/pomeranian mix) named Jake and he sheds his entire coat about twice a year. The other times, he really doesn´t lose his coat unless you brush it or pull some of it out. Daily brushing helps Jake look and feel his best, so I recommend that and your shedding problem won´t be severe. Hope this helps!
