The Shiranian - A Shih Tzu Pomeranian Mix

Their coats are long, and may be puffy like a Pom, or may be more silky like the Shih Tzu. The coat may be any color and should be brushed daily to keep it looking its best.

Pom Shih Tzu Mixes are alert dogs, who are happy and intelligent. They usually adapt well to most living situations, and most will get along well with other pets if raised together. Generally, they don't get along well with small children.

This breed needs moderate exercise, either with yard playtime or going for walks on a leash.

Patient, consistent training is necessary for these dogs. Like other small dogs, they can be difficult to housebreak.
