sick pom puppy

I have a 8 week old puppy..she wasnt weined from her mother and now shes very ill..took her to the vet the day after we bought her and she was sick and throwing up..we thought poss from separation axiety..1 week later she started puking again and by the end of the night she wouldnt even walk..took her to pet hospital..they kept her for 2 days and told me she wouldnt have made it threw the night ..now I have a 1500 vet bill and I think I should sue the breeders for selling me a sick puppy.?? what shall I do?? if you have any ideas, they would be appreciated..
