Sick Pom

We have a 5 month old female pom. She is a little aggressive anyway but this evening we found she had thrown up several times, it was really brown and I fear it was chocolate. She has been running around very agressive almost like a "mad dog". She is crate trained and never complains but was literally going bonkers when we put hr to bed. I held her and tried to calm her, but, she didnt want to be on my lap- though she is not one to sit and cuddle anyway. Any ideas, what could be causing the crazy behavior? thanks marcie
