Sly - Pomimo

This is Sly. My family and I call him Sly Ball. My mom's friend found him roaming the streets one day and not a single neighbor recognized him when she went looking around. She looked for a week and a owner was not found. He looked like he was a stray for a while because he was so skinny. Since an owner was not found my mom's friend gave him to us because Sly doesn't get along with other dogs (he's territorial) and she has a dog. When Sly arrived at our house he was very nervous and didn't stop walking back and forth. We've had him since Sept. 2009 which means we have had him for a year now. Since he was a stray I thought he was going to be very vicious. But he is the most gentle dog you could ever meet. He does not bite what so ever. I even tried to get him angry lol. He is VERY playful and will bring his toy to you when he wants to play. I love how he follows me wherever I go and is very protective. He barks when someone is or is about to be violent. He is now 3 years old and is the best. I love how he jumps when I come home every day. He's kind of a miracle to me because a month after we got him we had a house fire and he was what made me happy all the time. He may bark when he hears other dogs and their collars jingling but i love my dog to death. Wouldn't be able to live without him :D
