Sudden strange behaviour

Any body else have this happen? Started about two days ago. He went from his usual perky self and did a 180 personality wise we can figure no reason why - nothing changed in the house.

OMG my dog is acting strange too!!

My pom is a female party pom about 6-7 years old. I have had her since she was six weeks old and shes NEVER been sick minus the one pinworm incident a few years ago. She was hard to potty train until we got a pet door. In the past four years of living in our new house shes only been weird this year. Shes incredibly different about once a month. She hides in one spot and acts like shes mad at us. She shakes like a leaf and refuses to eat or move. She sometimes wants to go outside and lays in my black eyed susan plant for several hours and WILL NOT come when called. i even try to give her chewy treats which are RARE and a BIG treat for her and our other dog. For about one or two solid days once a month she acts like a weirdo. we have also noticed that she may have a tinkle accident in the house. I sometimes wonder if shes got a UTI or if this is just her time of the month! I also noticed that when i slept upstairs last night without her (which is NEVER) because my daughter was sick and i wanted to be close by to her. She just started that mess today. Im on this website to make sure that im not the only pom owner that has experienced this before i go into major debt to find out what the hell is wrong with her. Ya know?

she just lays very close to this ottoman we have or under the kitchen table and she NEVER EVER EVER EVER lays in either of those spots. She doesnt seem to be in any pain, and she doesnt seem to really want to take treats from my hand like she usually does...she did eat some when i broke it up into tiny pieces and put it on the floor in front of her...when i pick her up and try to hold her and kiss her wihich she usually loves she seems like she cant gwait to get away from me to go back to the table or ottoman...and she just stares at me from across the room from under the table...its like she is paranoid or something...very very very out of character. She is usually SUPER friendly and very interested in my affection. She is 6 years old and has not been spayed but she literally is NEVER around any male dogs. We also have a 2 year old yorkie and they usually play but as of the past 24 hours she has done nothing but act incredibly standoffish. Her nose is cold and wet and she doesnt seem hot to me. Her eyes look normal and she doesnt seem to have any pain on her body as ive tried to rub her all over to see if she yelped at all...nothing...i am completely unsure what the hell is going on...any help would be much appreciated..thanks!!

my pom is being weird also

My 3 1/2yr old male Pom just started acting weird like that today too, out of the blue for no reason. Did your Pom ever return back to normal?
