We got Tara at the animal shelter we volunteer in. She is 5 years old and the most adorable, softest girl I've ever seen. She loves to cuddle 24/7 and will paw at you and give you puppy eyes if you stop petting her. She loves to defend me and will bark and growl at anyone who comes in the house. This can be a problem at times. She is terrified of all people, and big dogs, and my mom likes to say she is Tara the "tara-ffied". I walk her 5-6 times a day since she doesn't go in the front yard. Such a sweet, pretty girl though! I don't mind the high-maintenance for this princess.

Omygoodness, that is a classic eskie face if ever I saw one. I volunteer and train american eskimos and look at that face. So cute!

beautiful dog

I am so glad there are still people in this world that will take the time to love and take care of a dog that has been cast aside and probably abused. Your goodness will pay off with this dog one day. I have a Pom/Sheltie mix. She is so sweet. I got her as a puppy so she's never known abuse. You can see her on Pom mix breeds. Her name is Michaela. She is just full of love and gets so excited when I come in from work.
