Recently my male 8 year old pom was fixed due to hair loss. He was completely bald except for head. Once fixed he has all his hair back & then some. He now looks like a balloon! He has only gained 3 pounds which puts him @ 12 lbs. He just looks bloated. Very wide through the middle. Is this normal? He's eating good does not act any different.
