Weird behavior. Is she sick or hurt??

When I woke up this morning I noticed my Pom puppy was acting weird. She was just laying there on the floor not able to move. Then she just pooped right there without even getting up. She is not her playful self and she is making a faint whining/hissing sound also. Did she eat something wrong? Or do you think it may be a physical problem?

Go To Vet Immediately

Tiffany get your little doggie to the vet asap as this sound like it could be very serious. I had a little maltese with similar symptoms and was a toxin in the liver. Good luck to you both.

sick pom

my pom was like that one day, and cried when she tried to poo and was forcing, nothing would happen and she was not drinking water either. I force-fed her pedialyte about a 1/4 juice box through a little straw-had to force open her mouth. but within 1/2 hour she pood and there was a sunflower seed in there-no shell and unchewed.

Vet Care

My pom/american eskimo Vader when he was 6 months old - exhibited the same behavior - he injested something toxic in my back yard - take your puppy to the Vet ASAP. If we didn't rush Vader to the emergency room - the Dr. on call said he wouldn't of made it.

Poor Doggie

Tiffany I had a little maltese who had very similar symptoms as you have mentioned. My advice to you is get her to the Vet as soon as possible this is serious. Good luck and hope all ends well.
