What age should I have my Pomeranian spade? My husband thinks that this should be after she is one year old. He said that spading a smaller dog before then may cause incontinence problems. He said that the vet will tell me at age 6 months because they are trying to control the puppy population. Can you please verify when it is a safe age to have her spayed? Thank you, Danielle
