what is wrong with my Pom? Is she ok?

I just rescued a pom and I don't know how old she is or anything much about her. She only has 5 teeth and her vulva is swolen and black and her tits are black and big. The person who had her before us gave her the "lion" haircut so her hair is short in the back. Please, Is she ok and what is wrong with her?
