What to do?

My Pom Abby has been kind of sulking since last night...she just kind of walks around with her head very low...she's not doing any of her normal actions for the morning..I felt all around her body to see if she is showing any obvious pain...but she did not wince once...the last time I took her to the Vet (approx 1 month ago)they said she could "possibly have a bleeding ulcer" but there was no obvious traces of blood in her stool...there were other supposed indicators but the Vet was very vague and pretty nonchalant...and at the time she was behaving like her normal happy self...anyway I took her home with a bottle of pills that they suggested I give her (The pills-Sucralfate-1gr-1/4 tablet twice per day) but since she was acting just fine (and I hate giving her drugs) I opted against the pills...does anyone have any info on this possible problem and what are the exact signs that I should watching for...by the way Abby turned 7yrs on April 18th
Any and all help would be appreciated,

P.S. I feel that I take very good care of her...I feed her a very good organic dry food that I order (Life's Abundance) she gets the necessary shots when due also Heartguard once per month...her water is always clean and cool...her treats are all organic (little to no grain-mostly protein) very little table scraps (only during Thanksgiving-she has dinner with us) and she is a very spoiled little girl...so I hate to see her like this!
