Whats wrong with my Pom

My pom started acting like there's something in her throat..and over the last 2 days has spit up twice.

I just got her 4 days ago and she's eating and drinking fine and is still very playful. Is it just a hairball, or should i take her back to the breeder??

Vet not too helpful

my little pom went out to the bathroom about 10p.m. with my other 3 poms. She came in gagging and gagging. I picked her up and thought she would throw up but she didn't. I squirted water down her throa, then some olive oil. I tought that would sooothe her.That didn't help. She is uncomfortable and panting and swollowing. I finally called the vet at about 11p.m. He said I don't know, you can try giving her peroxide and see if she throws up.We live in the country and I feed the deer oats, and was concerned that an oat was crosswise. I went and looked around and the only other ting I found was a piece of string. Is it better to make her try to throw either of these up or let them pass thru naturally?

Take her to the vet now!

It's better to know now and save yourself lots of money later. Must I even mention the heart break of losing you dog.
