Why does my Pomeranian pee and poo purposely inside 4 times a day? It has ruined the carpets. Please help.

Was your dog ever house trained? Is it just starting to do this? If it is just starting then it could have a physical thing going on. Also it could be punishing you for being gone from the house in the daytime if you are going to work. You may need outside help for this dog. The vet or a doggie shrink like The dog whisperer....good luck
